Darrel Stanard

Darrel Stanard has spent more than 45 years valuing property across Hall County and the state of Nebraska. He has worked with residential, commercial, and agricultural properties, building a reputation for fairness, consistency, and accuracy.
He is a licensed appraiser and a certified assessor in the State of Nebraska, with over 25 years of experience working with the Hall County Assessor’s Office.
Darrel is running because he believes the Assessor’s Office should be dependable, accessible, and focused on serving taxpayers. He understands that property valuations impact real people, and he takes that responsibility seriously.
His approach is simple: do the work the right way. That means being out in the field, looking at properties firsthand, and making sure every valuation is fair and consistent.
When taxpayers have questions, he believes they deserve clear answers and real help. Even when a value cannot be changed, they should understand how it was determined.

Aura Molina
Aura Molina brings experience in public service and a strong commitment to helping people. She holds her Nebraska assessor’s certificate and has worked in roles that require organization, communication, and attention to detail.
She is bilingual and focused on making sure the Assessor’s Office is accessible to all residents of Hall County.
Aura joined Darrel’s campaign because she believes in his experience and leadership. If elected, she will serve as Chief Deputy Assessor, helping ensure the office is responsive, professional, and focused on serving the community.
